The roles that we're currently seeking...

Reporter
This person will attend our National League games so that they can produce match reports.  Our reports are published on the club website, the London Volleyball Association site and in a number of paid for and free publications.  As well as attending our home games, you may sometimes travel with our teams when they play away games.  If words are your thing, give it a try.

Photographer
They say "a picture paints a thousand words" so our match reports are made even better by the addition of great action shots.  We also need lots of pictures for our web site so there'll be plenty of opportunities.  As well as attending our home games, you may sometimes travel with our teams when they play away games.  Volleyball is a very fast, dynamic sport so you'll be challenged!

Team Secretary
Fixture secretaries are the core of our competitive teams.  They ensure that players are available, organise match logistics and liaise with opponents and officials.  Our secretaries are essential to our playing calendar being run efficiently and effectively.

Match Analyst
In our ongoing efforts to drive up the performance of our teams, we'll be introducing statistical match analysis at our games.  Our analysts will attend games and record play using our specially commissioned software.  After the match, they'll produce an analysis for our coaching staff to help identify areas where teams and individuals can improve.  If you like watching volleyball and fancy yourself as a bit of a forensic thinker; this role's for you.

Video Analyst
We intended to build on our formidable playing record by introducing a performance programme across our elite teams.  In addition to performance screening and match analysis, we'll be introducing a formal video analysis programme.  Working with our coaching team, the video analyst will record training sessions and matches to identify areas where individuals and teams can improve.  If you have an interest in film, sport or coaching, we're sure you'll enjoy the challenge.
