Executive
Chair
The Chair acts as a focus for the club. It is their responsibility to aid the club's smooth running so that it achieves our aims and objectives.  The Chair leads discussions to agree club activity and to ensure these remain updated and appropriate.  We're represented externally by the Chair so they may sit on the committees of other organisations, ensuring that our views are aired.

Vice Chair, National League
The National Vice Chair assists the Chair in guiding the club, paying specific attention to the running of our National League sides.  They look after our National League team secretaries and liaise organisations such as Volleyball England.

Vice Chair, London League
The Local Vice Chair assists the Chair in club stewardship with a particular focus on operation of our Local League sides.  They focus the local league secretaries and are the primary contact for the London Volleyball Association (the local league to which we're affiliated).

Vice Chair, Junior Programme
The Junior Vice Chair acts as the driving force behind our junior programme.  They oversee activity to ensure that junior members are able to achieve to their maximum potential and are integrated into senior teams as they develop.  They are involved in organising trials and ensuring a smooth transition to other teams as their development dictates.  The Junior Vice Chair works closely with our Welfare Officer to ensure that the particular needs of our junior members are met.

Club Secretary
The Secretary is responsible for the day-to-day administration and is the initial point of contact for communication from external sources.  The Secretary will manage the logistics of exec and club meetings; and generally ensure everything runs eficiently.

Club Treasurer
The Treasurer is responsible for maintaining the accounts of the Club. S/He will receive and pay out monies during the course of the year in line with an agreed budget, which they will propose at the beginning of the year. The Club Treasurer will liaise with Team Secretaries to ensure all players are paying their fees and present regular updates at Executive Meetings.  The Club Treasurer will report on the annual accounts to the AGM.

Head Coach
The Head Coach is the representative of the Club coaches on the Executive and raises any issues the coaches may have. S/he also feeds back any information from the Executive to the coaches where relevant. The Head Coach shall propose to the Executive the coaches for the teams. The Head Coach has a role in ensuring that the coaching throughout the club is consistent and of a high standard, achieving this by regular coaching meetings, identification of training needs and development work with individual coaches.
The Head Coach also ensures that players are playing in the correct team for their ability and are progressed through the system to ensure they reach their full potential.  S/he also identifies individual players who would welcome and benefit from individual development coaching and with the agreement of the team coach delivers such programmes.  It is anticipated that this will be no more than 2 players per squad and will not include juniors who are served via other paths.

Marketing Officer
The Marketing Officer is tasked with maximising awareness of the Club and specific events organised or run by the Club.  This should be achieved by utilising local press and listing magazines as well as via other technologies such as the world wide web.  Specific responsibilities include maximising membership, organising & promoting events, pursuing sources of funding and producing publicity material.

Membership Officer
The Membership Officer will be responsible for ensuring that good practice and child protection policies are in place and adhered to within the Club. They will be responsible for facilitating the CRB checking of any volunteer who may come into contact with juniors and to identify suitable Child Protection Courses for those who require them. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing member recruitment and retention policies to assist the Club to deliver its Mission and act as a voice on the Executive to ensure members receive value from the Club and any concerns are aired.

Volunteer Officer
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for recruiting and supporting volunteers, who will carry out different duties within the Club. S/he will liaise closely with all Executive Members to identify the needs of volunteers and the need for new volunteers. S/he will introduce volunteers to their new role, ensuring that the role descriptions are up to date and clear.
